Our Vision:
Our Vision: To reach Corunna, Shiawassee County, and beyond with the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ, inspiring and equipping people to know God more deeply and walk in His power.
Statement of Purpose:
To be Servant Hearted, Service Minded.
1 Peter 4:8-10 Amplified Bible (AMP)
8 Above all, have fervent and unfailing love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins [it overlooks unkindness and unselfishly seeks the best for others]. 9 Be hospitable to one another without complaint. 10 Just as each one of you has received a special gift [a spiritual talent, an ability graciously given by God], employ it in serving one another as [is appropriate for] good stewards of God’s multi-faceted grace [faithfully using the diverse, varied gifts and abilities granted to Christians by God’s unmerited favor].

Statement of Faith:
What We Believe:
The Bible: We believe the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God. The Scriptures reveal God’s character, His plan for humanity, and His design for our lives. The Bible serves as the final authority for faith, doctrine, and daily living.
Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:16; 1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Peter 1:21
God: We believe there is one true and living God who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are distinct yet one in essence, power, and glory.
Scripture: Deuteronomy 6:4; Philippians 2:6
Jesus Christ: We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus is the eternal Son of God who became fully human while remaining fully divine. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for the sins of the world, rose from the dead, and now reigns with the Father. Through Him alone salvation is offered to humanity.
Scripture: John 1:1; John 1:14; John 1:18
The Holy Spirit: We believe the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity who works in the world today to convict, guide, empower, and transform believers. The baptism in the Holy Spirit is an experience following salvation that empowers believers for effective witness and service, as demonstrated in the New Testament.
Scripture: Acts 1:4–5; Acts 2:4; Luke 24:49; 1 Corinthians 12:1–31
Salvation: We believe that humanity was originally created good but fell into sin through disobedience. As a result, all people are separated from God and in need of redemption. Salvation is a gift of God received through faith in Jesus Christ and repentance from sin. Through Christ’s sacrifice, believers are forgiven, restored to fellowship with God, and transformed by His grace.
Sanctification begins at salvation and continues throughout a believer’s life as the Holy Spirit works to shape us into the likeness of Christ.
Scripture: John 3:16–17; Romans 5:8–11; Romans 6:23; Romans 10:9–13; Ephesians 2:8–9; Titus 2:11–12
The Church: We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, made up of all believers who have accepted God’s gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. The mission of the Church is to proclaim the Gospel, make disciples, worship God, build up believers, and serve others with love and compassion.
We observe two biblical ordinances:
Scripture: Matthew 28:19–20; Acts 2:42–47; Mark 16:15; Colossians 2:12
The Return of Christ: We believe in the blessed hope of the return of Jesus Christ. The Lord will return for His Church, and believers will be gathered to Him. Those who have died in Christ will be raised, and those who are alive will be caught up to meet the Lord.
We also believe in the future reign of Christ upon the earth, where He will rule in righteousness and peace.
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 15:51–52; 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; Titus 2:13; Revelation 1:7
Eternity: We believe that every person will face eternal destiny. Those who reject Christ will face final judgment and eternal separation from God. Those who place their faith in Jesus Christ will dwell forever with the Lord in the new heaven and new earth He has prepared.
Scripture: Hebrews 9:27; Revelation 19:20; Revelation 21:1–4
Divine Healing: We believe that divine healing is provided through the atoning work of Jesus Christ and is available to believers today. Scripture encourages believers to pray in faith for healing while trusting God’s will and power.
Scripture: Isaiah 53:4–5; Matthew 4:23–24; James 5:14–16
